Chiang Rai Living I

The Chiang Rai Living I project includes 5 identical houses and an entertainment complex for multi-functional community use. The entertainment complex is available to all Living projects.

The original concept of the houses is shown by an example of one of the houses in the video (click on picture). Chiang Rai Living implemented this concept design together with an architect and adapted it to the real circumstances in Chiang Rai. After the 2022 rainy season, construction started in October. Before the start of the rainy season, about 300 truckloads of construction soil were driven up to create a solid subsoil on the rice fields for the foundation anchoring. A dedicated civil engineer took over construction supervision from October 2022 and has been monitoring the project to date.
