The plots Living I-III are located directly at the foot of the mountain Doi Mae Kaeo (668 m) - but lie together with the surrounding villages, as well as Chiang Rai City, Phan and Mae O in the flat country.

The properties are easily reachable by two paved roads. To Mae O it takes about 5 minutes, to Phan 10 minutes. Very good roads lead via Phan to Chiang Rai City or Chiang Mai (3 hours) or via Mae O to Chiang Rai City and to Mae Fah Luang International Airport Chiang Rai.

Both routes also lead north of the airport to Myanmar or Lao PDR - each only about 80 kilometers away.

The properties are surrounded by rice fields to the north, south and east, with fruit trees to the west. All the neighbors around the plots are farming, helping each other, exchanging goods and services, and there is a good community.
